How do you track inventory on tour?

I use digital tracking tools to monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and ensure proper restocking.

What equipment do you need?

I use racks, a table, acrylic sign holders, lights and a cash box. I also have my own table / tent.

What commitment is required?

I require half payment upfront and half after the event.

Can you help with booking shows?

Depending on the area, I know people who can steer you in the right direction.

What does a tour manager do?

A tour manager handles all logistics for an artist or band while on the road, including but not limited to travel, accommodations, scheduling, budgeting, and venue coordination.

A tour merch manager focuses strictly on the merch department.

I do! Depending on the length of notice/amount of days I may adjust my prices.
